Abarth-23 Concept renderingThe Abarth-23 Concept was created by Turin IED design student Maksym “Max” Shkinder for its final thesis at the two-year Master of Art in Transportation Design.

The project took about 6 months from the first sketch to the final 1:4 scale model.

With the aim of creating a new generation of pure Italian cars, Max has focused on extreme sportiness (a core value of the Abarth brand).

Compared with the IED’s Abarth Scorp-Ion Concept, the Abarth-23 has a similar V-shaped element that defines the rear end adding dynamism to the overall design and is visually matched by the triangular shape of the air intakes on the side panels.
