With its compact size and small engine it is able to easily maneuver through the city jungle. It is designed to be robust, safe and capable to overcome different weather and road conditions. It has multiple storage solutions to enable the driver a comfortable ride and easy access to everything he needs. Navigation system or maps are stored on the large touchscreen display and are easy to use.

For the night deliveries the vehicle has an auxiliary light integrated in the right side mirror illuminating the surroundings. Sodas and salads are cooled via air conditioning in the side box next to driver or in teh back drawer. Interior has multiple storage solutions to keep all required elements at hand.

2nd place – XD2 (Xtreme Domino’s Delivery) by Phil Hall

The XD2 (Xtreme Domino’s Delivery) is based on the Ford Ranger platform. Sitting higher allows the driver to see better and improves ingress and egress.

It is powered by a 2.5 liter engine and to help with fuel economy an electric launch assist is located in the rear axle.

The pizza compartment has two separate chambers: hot and cold. These are located in the rear. Twisting and lifting a large bag over a center console is not good ergonomics.

The XD2 is a one seater with a smart storage unit adjacent to the driver for non-perishable items. The dash is symmetric in design allowing the vehicle to be used in Australia or any country with right hand drive. The design is simple and functional.

Simple forms allows the vehicle to have an enduring look for a long time. Also this allows for future face lifts and vinyl graphics to be easy to design and economical to the franchise owner.

3rd place – Pizza Hero concept by Pierre Gimgergues

    IT WAS ALL FAKE!!!
The Forge site have had issues, and nobody took care for THREE WEEKS! And some of the candidates left out side of the competition. Nobody took responsibility about hits case.

Therefore this “competition” was blackened by lack of support. I would NOTrecommend to any of you to loose nerves and efforts to be thrown at the garbage at Forge competitions.
