The 2016 edition of the AutoStyle Design Competition will consists of two phases, a first open selection and a second challenge reserved to the best 12 entries resulting from the first phase.
Students interested in taking part in the competition are asked to submit at least two special versions of an existing production or concept car in the Urban or Sport Crossover segment, chosen among a selection of cars provided by the organizers.
Participants are allowed to add or modify accessory components, such as bumpers, front grilles, side skirts etc.
The deadline for this selection is April 29, 2016.
In the second phase, 12 selected students will be tasked with creating a complete vehicle within July 30, 2016, and will be attending the final event, taking place on October 7, 2016 in Mantua, Italy.
