Buick color and trim designer shares her story

A short video interview with Magdalena Kokoszynska, a color and trim designer at Buick, who shares her experience and explains the goals of her job.


Magdalena Kokoszynska is a color and trim designer from Poland. She’s worked on the Buick LaCrosse, the Regal and the upcoming Encore.

In the video she describes her job as “enhancing the beautiful forms and shapes” found in Buicks, trying to create an emotional connection between the vehicle and customer.

The video was published on “Faces of GM” and is part of an ongoing series that underlines the work made by creative designers and artists at General Motors.
